Myphetane Indications
Myphetane is indicated to relieve symptoms of allergy, hay fever, and the common cold.
These symptoms include:
- Cough;
- Itchy eyes/nose/throat/skin;
- Rash;
- Runny nose;
- Sneezing;
- Watery eyes;
Myphetane Overdose
Symptoms of overdose may include:
- Drowsiness;
- Fever;
- Flushing;
- Hallucinations;
- Large pupils;
- Loss of consciousness;
- Muscle twitching;
- Seizures;
- Shaking (tremor);
- Weakness;
Myphetane Side Effects
Side effects may include:
- Allergic reaction to this drug;
- Blurred vision;
- Constipation;
- Decreased coordination;
- Dizziness;
- Drowsiness;
- Dry mouth/nose/throat;
- Easy bruising/bleeding;
- Fast/irregular heartbeat;
- Headache;
- Itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat);
- Mental/mood changes (hallucinations irritability nervousness);
- Rash;
- Ringing in the ears;
- Seizure;
- Severe dizziness;
- Stomach upset;
- Trouble breathing;
- Trouble urinating;
Myphetane Drug Reactions
Inform your pharmacist if you are taking any of the following medicines:
- Anti-seizure drugs (carbamazepine);
- Antispasmodics (atropine belladonna alkaloids);
- Certain antihistamines (diphenhydramine);
- Drugs for Parkinson's disease (anticholinergics such as benztropine trihexyphenidyl);
- Furazolidone;
- Isocarboxazid;
- Linezolid;
- MAO inhibitors;
- Medicine for sleep or anxiety (alprazolam diazepam zolpidem);
- Moclobemide;
- Muscle relaxants;
- Narcotic pain relievers (codeine);
- Phenelzine;
- Procarbazine;
- Psychiatric medicines (chlorpromazine risperidone amitriptyline trazodone);
- Rasagiline;
- Scopolamine;
- Selegiline;
- Tranylcypromine;
- Tricyclic antidepressants (amitriptyline);
