Empirin Indications
Empirin is indicated:
- To prevent the formation of blood clots;
- To reduce inflammation and swelling in conditions such as arthritis;
- To relieve mild to moderate pain reduce fever;
Empirin is effective in reducing the risk of stroke and offers a protective effect against heart attacks in men with chest pain.
Empirin Side Effects
Side effects may include:
- A persistent ringing in the ears;
- Allergic reaction to this drug;
- Breathing trouble;
- Dark urine;
- Difficulty hearing;
- Dizziness;
- Dizziness;
- Easy bruising;
- Heartburn;
- Itching;
- Loss of appetite;
- Persistent stomach pain;
- Presence of black stools;
- Rash;
- Stomach upset;
- Swelling;
- Yellowing eyes;
Empirin Contraindications
Empirin is contraindicated if you have:
- Any allergies;
- Asthma;
- Bleeding disorders;

- Liver disease;

- Stomach/intestinal problems;
- Ulcers;
Empirin Drug Reactions
Inform your pharmacist if you are taking any of the following medicines:
- Acetazolamide;
- Aspirin;
- Blood thinners (anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs such as warfarin heparins NSAIDs);
- Corticosteroids (prednisone);
- Medication for gout or diabetes;
- Methotrexate;
