Cheratussin Indications
Cheratussin is indicated:
- To control cough and congestion associated with a cold allergies or respiratory tract illness;
- To help clear mucous and congestion;
- To quiet a cough;
Cheratussin Overdose
Symptoms of overdose may include:
- Cold and clammy skin;
- Deep sleep or loss of consciousness;
- Drowsiness;
- Dry mouth;
- Slow pulse;
- Slowed breathing;
Cheratussin Side Effects
Side effects may include:
- A skin rash;
- Constipation;
- Dizziness;
- Drowsiness;
- Headache;
- Itching;
- Nausea;
- Rapid heart rate;
- Stomach upset;
- Vomiting;
Cheratussin Contraindications
Cheratussin is contraindicated if you have:
- Allergies (especially to narcotics);
- Lung disease (asthma emphysema);
- Substance abuse;
Cheratussin Drug Reactions
