Arlidin Indications
Arlidin is a medicine commonly known under the generic name of Nylidrin, a substance which belongs to the vasodilator class of medication. It acts mainly by stimulating the beta receptors, dilating the skeletal muscle arterioles and increasing the cardiac output. By doing so, it increases the supply of blood in the ischemic tissues while generally maintaining the blood pressure within the normal limits.
Arlidin is typically indicated for the treatment of patients who present circulatory disorders. It has been shown that a treatment course with Arlidin may improve the condition of patients suffering from frostbite, night leg cramp, thrombophlebitis, ischemic ulcers, diabetic vascular disease, arteriosclerosis obliterans, Raynaud's phenomenon, or Buerger's disease. Also, Arlidin may be indicated for the treatment of elderly patients suffering from organic mental disorders, or who present the symptoms characteristic to such affections. In most cases, it is best that the treatment is started in the early stages of the disorder, in order to obtain the best results.

Arlidin Contraindications
